While at the Summit

We have food trucks scheduled for breakfast and lunch behind the Summit, so there will be a range of dining options! Saturday morning there'll be food trucks serving coffee, orange juice, breakfast burritos, and smoothies. For lunch there'll be more food trucks, in addition to local restaurants you can walk or drive to. The ballroom will be open during lunch with some kind of entertainment going on. There will be lots of options.

We recommend the gourmet food trucks for lunch that we lined up, but if you prefer, there are 4 restaurants and a dessert shop within two blocks walking distance just north of the Summit.  Pho 888 Vietnamese Noodle and Grill is pretty good.  There is also McDonald's, Denny's, and Mama Olivia's Pizza, along with Las Fresas Mexican Cravings dessert shop.  A short drive south on Sable Avenue takes you to a mecca of dining possibilities.

During the afternoon sessions, snacks and soft drinks will be available for sale.

At the end of the day after all the great infotainment, food, and libations we want everyone to go home laughing. Be sure to stick around for the Comedy Nightcap where we'll showcase some great local comedians and performers. Parental discretion is advised for language and strong sarcastic content.

Tables, chairs, and table cloths will be provided, along with power and wi-fi.  You will be responsible for everything else.  Access to the building will start at around 7:15 am on Saturday, 7/27, and the doors will open at 8:30.  There is a large side room open to the main room where vendors and exhibitors will set up tables.  That room is only available until around 5:15 because of the dinner service.  Space is also available in the entrance foyer area or along the back wall of the conference room by special request that can go into the evening.  We'll have someone available to watch your table so you can take a break.
